i made that one back in 2011 so i don’t really remember how.. but i guess i was playing with some fire textures (you can google it). this might help you, and this one is pretty good actually. i don’t know i suck at making tutorials, it’s been 4 years and i barely know a thing about photoshop. generally i’m playing with it, really. find a fire or light texture, re-size it, set the blending option to screen, erase the unnecessary parts then go personalize it! use some coloring, filters. it’s all up to you. :)
